BREAKING: Judge says teachers must ‘celebrate’ transgender pupils and that girls can ‘credibly’ be boys as ban for not using preferred pronouns upheld.

“I still stand by my Christian convictions that it is harmful and detrimental to affirm gender confused children", said Joshua. "This is the belief I am fighting for which is shared by not only Christians but many who do not believe in harmful transgender ideology."

Read the latest on the case of Joshua Sutcliffe who became the first UK teacher to be banned from the profession for not using a pupils' preferred pronouns.

A High Court judge has today upheld the ban.

@A_Minichiello chief executive of the Christian Legal Centre which has supported the case, said: “The teaching profession is not a safe place to navigate for Christian teachers. Expressing long held Christian beliefs on marriage and gender can get you suspended, investigated and barred."

TVF is setting up an #RSE Watchdog because there is currently no independent body overseeing RSE resources from a safeguarding perspective. Many mainstream providers belong to the Sex Education Forum, an umbrella organisation which promotes unscientific gender ideology.
