A super simple way to acknowledge the many languages that students in 3/4-1 speak and understand. Encouraging students to think in and use their heritage languages in class is a linguistically appropriate practice. All languages are welcome. 🗺️🗣️🩷@RSP_HDSB

Twos @RSP_HDSB to explore circles in our natural environment and connect with the land around us. Great vocabulary building and oral language opportunities in the community circle following the exploration. ⭕️ ☀️ 🐌 🌼

More than 100 #HDSB schools welcomed approximately 67,000 students today as the #HDSBFirstDay of the 2023-24 school year got off to an amazing start.

Our monthly @RSP_HDSB ‘Community Cafe’ was held at Rattlesnake Point Conservation Area @ConservHalton for a guided discovery walk and socializing. It was a beautiful morning to get to know our families, take in all the bird calls, and enjoy the views. 🐦🌳🚶🏽‍♀️
