@AmexBusiness Gold Business Card. I spent over an hour today on Chat on your website. Was transferred 4 times to different people, all who gave me conflicting information and were unable to resolve my issues. I want to speak to an account specialist in the US. Why is this so difficult ?
@AmexBusiness As a 22 year business customer of Amex, how on earth do I speak with an agent who is in the US and who can actually answer some basic questions about my account? Beyond frustrated with what has now become your horrendous customer service and the hours I have wasted
@AmexBusiness It is very complicated, hence the difficulty communicating the nuances to your non-US customer service. It involves a card replacement for fraud that took 3 requests to receive & now the discovery that it was incorrectly issued to me. I need help and have not been able to get it
