@BeccaLouisa I can never make it past 3-5 hours.. so I just get up, get on with my day, exercise etc.. then back to bed at 4/5pm for another 3/4 hours, then up, shower, tea and back to work.. then on the last night shift, I just don’t go back to bed in the evening and I go to bed like normal
