Kojima Productions, together with DNSYS Exoskeleton, has unveiled a fully functional exoskeleton model from Death Stranding 2.
This model reduces knee strain by 200%, has a power output of 400 W, a walking range of 15 km, and weighs 2 kg.
Each exoskeleton unit comes with a unique serial number, and the device is priced at $1,998.
Just a friendly reminder... If an unplugged power supply has enough energy to light a light bulb, the capacitors definitely hold enough of a charge to kill you.
The cashier from Smoking Behind the Supermarket with You exists IRL.
Cosplayer morimi_akashi perfectly recreated both Yamada and Tayama, from the day-time uniform to the cigarettes. Fans can’t believe it’s the same person in these photos.
Cowboy Bebop began with Bandai wanting an anime featuring spaceships.
Why?
Because in the late 90s,
they expected a new Star Wars boom
and hoped to sell plastic models of original spaceships.
That is the funniest origin story ever.
A company asked for cool ships.
Shinichirō Watanabe gave them jazz, cigarettes, loneliness, bounty hunters, trauma, and a man who looks like he owes money to the moon.
They wanted plastic models.
He delivered depression with a saxophone.
And somehow, it became one of the coolest anime ever made.
