@IndiGo6E Very disappointed with your staff’s behaviour. Despite our infant already having a fully paid ticket, my wife was abruptly stopped and 2,200 was collected in cash without a proper explanation. The rude and disrespectful conduct of the employee was unacceptable.@MoCA_GoI
