@WeAreOpenreach another week and still no digital broadband. Another 2 engineers you’ve sent this week from subcontractors fail to fix. It needs an N11 engineer which you guys must know seeing as this has been going on since April. Why aren’t you sorting??? Worst service ever.

@SW_Help Went to Queenstown Rd. They told me to go to Clapham Junction which was the wrong advice!!! No trains at CJ either. So 4 buses and 2 hours later I finally got from Clapham to Richmond 😱
