Method -

Make a marinade of mustard, olive oil, ginger and garlic paste,lemon juice, chilli powder, Green chilli paste, raw papaya paste,crushed dry red chilli flakes,garam masala, salt, black pepper,paprika powder. Fully coat the lamb leg and leave for 24 hours.
