Please contact any time. Technician firmly maintained that he is applying CGHS rates, he retained our ' CGHS cards for life ' as long as he was in house.If you are supporting this mischief of not giving us CGHS rates then say so..There is nothing else to discuss.

@lalpathlabs We have not been given invoices as now mentioned by you. Anyway, position regarding sample no 196463427 is accepted as correct.
I now expect similar analysis for charges related to sample no. 196463425 .

@lalpathlabs HBA1C cost 440 .CGHS rate : 150 .Then for sample no. 196463427 why 590/- had been charged and why refund made only 290 /- ..refund should have been 440/- .
Same is true for all tests pertaining to sample no 196463425
Tests not done have also been included. Visible mischief

@lalpathlabs Your reply by email is of no value. I don't know why can't you indicate both , CGHS rates and normal rates for each test.... Either I will be satisfied or your obvious deception will be exposed.

1033 , and 290 .
This is badly insufficient refund subtracting CGHS Rates from the actually paid as per normal rates. Please check for yourself : Sample nos : 196463425 and 196463427 .

@lalpathlabs Before starting, technician had demanded CGHS cards and then only he took samples after confirming that CGHS rates will be applied. 3553/- for S K Shukla plus 590/- for Smt Rimi shukla. We are availing this facility for twenty years without problem. Hope Lab is not in mischief
