I was told by a manager that the AC at 95th St-R Line crew room will be fixed in 1 day and I was lied to. I will be filing a complaint with the appropriate agencies outside of the @MTA. @NYSDOLCommish @OSHA_DOL

@MTA @NYCTSubway, it is 84° in the 95St-R line crew room. This is causing heat stress & can cause potential IODs. Mgt knowing about this & not providing a solution is a violation of the @OSHA_DOL General Duty Clause. Please provide relief such as a portable AC. @NYSDOLCommish
