@DrewFisch1102@NotYoungBuck If it actually goes to court? How it could affect? Apple would likely appeal and drag it out longer to squeeze legal cost to AIXI. This could have a negative reaction but I still believe Apple settles eventually before court ruling.
@DrewFisch1102@NotYoungBuck The main case can still be appealed even if it goes to court with verdict. The patent validity case is the one that cannot be appealed.
Im getting word through my contacts Tim Cook $aapl is taking an Uber to the $AIXI headquarters in Shanghai to personally write them a check and apologize. Standby for blast off 🚀
@stockblues@Parangiras However, if they do get a large sum of money, I don’t think it will matter what your entry point is it will fly, but it all depends on what the final number is if there is any.
@stockblues@Parangiras I 100% agree that there would be a much better entry point. It definitely got dumped on from the top which to be honest should’ve been seen as this is going to take a long time to settle and everyone is looking for a quick buck.
@gainzalgo What does this have to do at all with AIXI just because Apple is going to a meeting you think their going to be like oh by the way about that lawsuit Apple?
@NightWatcher91 @FoamingApe That’s a plausible angle. I do think though that is going to take months before we find out anything. I’m thinking the reverse split was because of that. It’s also because its not 100%.
@sytheyounggod In order for them to get the five times damages, they would have to prove that Apple willingly infringed. Apple can still infringe without being willingly. It’s very hard to prove this. Apple already believes that they did not infringe at all.
@stockblues@Latin_Boy22 Apple has already stated that they didn’t infringe at all, of course so they would have to prove that Apple willfully infringed with the actual proof. Apple can still infringe without being willful.
