@Chase hey, it looks like there’s a bug in your iOS mobile app. When I try to make an appt to renegotiate a CD, it thinks I’m not logged in, prompts me to, and endlessly loop.

@AmericanAir I received an email that was an offer to match+upgrade my status from Southwest Alist Preferred to Platinum Pro if I flew AA. I got halfway through the signup and now I can’t find it to complete the registration. Can you help?
