@qatarairways@IndiGo6E It doesn't matter how advanced Starlink is when Qatar abandons millions of passengers in total defiance of its legal obligations, causing billions of dollars in damages.

@XTalk_L1X@qatarairways If you have any sense, you’ll file an official report, document the QA’s legal violations, and take legal action for your legitimate claims. If you don't, you're just wasting your time writing here.

@Mervedp@qatarairways What are you hoping for? QA is intent on saving money at all costs, even slowing down payments following cancellations. You should contact the authorities immediately! If QA resolves your issue, you can always withdraw the complaint.
@jnhan216@qatarairways The more of us who turn to the authorities and the courts, the less likely airlines will be to continue such systematically bad-faith and unlawful practices. I have already initiated several administrative proceedings, which will be followed by legal action in court.
@jnhan216@qatarairways Furthermore, please refer to the Montreal Convention regarding the obligation to rebook and the duty of care. Additionally, I request that you provide evidence to support your claims, such as screenshots.
@jnhan216@qatarairways Please refer to the following: Email: [email protected]; Circular No. 19/2014/TT-BGTVT (as amended by Circular No. 21/2020/TT-BGTVT) issued by the Ministry of Transport of Vietnam.
@qatarairways From February 28, following central instructions, QA has been acting in bad faith and illegally on a systemic level against the vast majority of passengers. Those who do not turn to the authorities or the courts deserve what they get.
@Aoz_winnie@qrsupport File a complaint with the local aviation authority immediately; Qatar Airways has an obligation to rebook you under the Montreal Convention.
@mmunir365@qrsupport@RavinandnSingh@qatarairways The QA department is well aware of the obligation to rebook, but they usually only implement it following an unfavorable ruling from the aviation authority. You should file a complaint with the local civil aviation authority.
@RavinandnSingh@qatarairways@qrsupport Don't you realize you should have an order for payment issued? It would be enforced immediately. They aren't going to dispute it; their attorney fees would far outweigh the debt, and it's a guaranteed loss for them.
@Mak141000@qatarairways In my case, I filed an official complaint with the Vietnamese aviation authority. They issued a ruling within 24 hours, and the Qatar Airways office in Hanoi was forced to purchase my tickets for a Turkish Airlines flight the very next day. You must apply regulatory pressure!
@Mak141000@qatarairways Don’t waste time with their support. Since your flight is from Vienna, file an immediate complaint with the Austrian aviation authority (APF @apf_austria). I had the same issue; once the regulator stepped in, they rebooked me instantly. Stand your ground!
@Mak141000@qatarairways This is a deliberate tactic, a central directive from QA to force new bookings instead of fulfilling their legal duties. If seats are available for sale, they ARE available for re-booking. Under the Montreal Convention, they have a strict Duty of Care and re-routing obligation.
@juliariip@qatarairways They are doing it on purpose; it’s a central directive. File a complaint with the local aviation authority immediately. In my case, the Vietnamese CAAV issued a ruling within one day, after which Qatar Airways immediately rebooked me onto a Turkish Airlines flight.
@JNaus4321@qatarairways In 2020, dozens of female passengers across 10 Qatar Airways flights were abused following the discovery of a newborn. A verdict in the lawsuit filed by 13 Australian victims is expected this spring. The most inhumane airline.
@MofaQatar_EN@MBA_AlThani_ The Qatari Wahhabi elite does not treat others as human beings; this is why Qatar Airways is the most inhumane airline. Only regulatory pressure—aviation authorities, consumer protection, GDPR, etc.—and legal action can achieve results.
@roadrunnerjnr@qatarairways Under the Montreal Convention, Qatar Airways also has a duty of care. The more of us who turn to the authorities and the courts, the greater the pressure on them to operate lawfully.
