@galli_matilde Hi! I just sent you a DM - with 25 pubs, a 1 mil euro grant to run my own research group, the only negative comment I got was that my research was... too new! And output got rated relatively low. And that for <3 yr post-PhD experience :') Needless to say.. I got rejected ;)
