Es ist naiv und geradezu Honecker-Style, längere Arbeitszeiten von frommen Appellen zu erhoffen. Die Arbeit muss sich für den einzelnen lohnen, damit er nicht auf Teilzeit, Grundsicherung oder Schwarzarbeit ausweicht.

Im Sommerinterview wirkt Merz wie ein Häuflein Elend, kritisiert Spahn, die Medien, die AfD, Grüne und Linke.

Er hat keinen Plan, wie wir aus der Dauerrezession herauskommen könnten und scheint das auch zu wissen: Sein seltsamer Satz, Gläubwürdigkeit sei für einen Politiker das höchste Gut, wirkt schon fast wie eine Rücktrittsankündigung.
