We Demand Justice for My Sister’s Rape, Murder — Sibling
Chief Damian Madubugo, uncle of the deceased, is demanding justice after his niece was allegedly sexually assaulted and killed while on her way to work.
According to him, she had allegedly faced persistent harassment from a neighbour whom she repeatedly rejected, and who he said once disconnected her electricity. Madubugo said some boys later accosted her, sexually assaulted her and killed her. One suspect has reportedly been apprehended and taken to the police as investigations continue.

₦44bn Fraud: I Blew The Whistle, But I Got Reprisal Instead Of Honour - Shehu
I gave the EFCC documents and evidence. The facts speak for themselves. I provided everything needed to clear my name of these false allegations, including records of the transfers and evidence of breaches in financial procedures, from the Office of the Accountant-General to the Ministry, including the payment of the remaining ₦3 billion from the COVID-19 funds into 11 accounts without my authorisation, consent or approval. I reported all of this to the EFCC, yet instead of being commended for speaking up, I faced reprisal.
