I asked for MRP. , ETA, Warranty of the genuine parts being replaced , yep all in written.. 10th day AC's still not working

Shocking service by @DaikinIndia in Haldwani. Chirag Service Point ignored AC's H9 error code, tried to force an incompatible local part in indoor unit, suggested cutting my original wires to make it fit, and demanded ₹1400 with no bill. emailed the HO. Tkt# GHA190620265216534

@TataPlayin what kind of support is this ? You create project request for LNB upgrade. Ur guy never appears on the site. Months later when I ask CSR team about the update, he takes 58 minutes to comprehend. Opens up same request and 3 days on , no one is assigned to attend it.

This was the last chat on Friday.. just to raise an already raised project request the CSR took 58 minutes on chat interaction.. and at the end nothing is done .. 3-4 days on and no one is assigned to work on this request..
