There are some things we can do to support our mental health. Just like physical health, there are some things we can do to support ourselves.
Thank you to friends of Social Sense for getting involved.

It’s Sexual Abuse & Sexual Violence Awareness Week. Let’s use this week to get informed, challenge myths, attitudes & behaviours that support sexual violence and stand together, with survivors everywhere to say #ItsNotOK
Today marks the start of #ChildrensMentalHealthWeek, let’s celebrate our young people by creating a safe space for them to share how they feel. We don’t always have to be happy. It’s OK to feel!
Dylan at @HAPSeducation wrote and performed this poem for us. #inspireyourheartwithartday allows us to share our creative talents no matter what they may be. You can find art in almost everything! We were blown away by Dylan’s talent and had to share! #creativityforall
I recently went into @OurLadysRC with @RUDifferent working with the students and discussions about knife crime. More about the visuals I’m working on in the future. But for now Angel wrote this poem in less than 10 mins and it’s sums up a lot of what was discussed that day.
Angel at @OurLadysRC wrote a poem as part of her campaign for RUDifferent where we agreed on tasks to raise awareness surrounding community safety. We loved the creativity and the message behind the poem. Well done to everyone! The result was amazing. #Communitysafety#knifecrime
