It’s funny because this is a very valid question. Pathetic to see this response though. But to answer-
Yes, menstruation can occur. Menstruation is controlled mainly by hormones from the hypothalamus, pituitary gland, and ovaries, not by consciousness itself. So if those hormonal pathways are still functioning and the brain injury doesn’t damage the endocrine centers, a woman in a coma can still ovulate and menstruate normally.

Also important to highlight that some coma patients stop menstruating though, especially if there’s severe brain injury or damage to the hypothalamus/pituitary axis. So it depends on the cause and severity of the coma. 👍
