Wael in a demo for Palestine early this year, little we knew he would arrested for his solidarity along with Nabil, Ghassan & Ghassan. Wael is on his 31st day of hunger strike, Nabil, Ghassan & Ghassan on the 5th day of hunger strike. SOLIDARITY WITH PALESTINE IS NOT A CRIME 🇵🇸

RISE UP FOR THE SUMUD 4. RISE UP FOR PALESTINE!
Wael Naouar is barely conscious.
He has gone 30 days without food and now lost 21 kgs.
His condition is critical, but he remains steadfast in his commitment to Palestine.
Meanwhile, over 10,000 Palestinian political prisoners are detained by the isra-eli regime, many under administrative detention without trial, many of whom are children.
We refuse to accept this farce. We refuse to look away.
We must ACT.
Rise up and protest in front of your local Tunisian embassy or consulate.
If you don’t have one near you, get the word out and send the letter to your national Tunisian ambassador with the link in our bio (https://t.co/rCOcw4YXth).
On 15/9, we rise up for Wael, the Sumud 4, and all Palestinian political prisoners.
Free them all.
The campaign to free Marwan Barghouti is gaining the momentum that the Free Nelson Mandela campaign did in the 1980s. A free Mandela became President of a democratic South Africa. May history repeat itself in Palestine

How hypocritical that the Zionist settler colonial state shows concerns about animal welfare while deliberately executing the over 1000 days + 78 years of ongoing genocide and ethnic cleansing in Palestine 🇵🇸 #bds#freepalhostages#oljefondetutavokkupasjonen#gaza#freepalestine
Violence, beatings, the denial of medical care, and starvation are an integral part of the incarceration routine faced by Palestinians in Israel’s network of torture camps. As of July 2026, 9,299 Palestinians are detained in these facilities.
Jibril a-Safadi, a 45-year-old resident of Khan Yunis, was held in the Sde Teiman facility, Ofer Prison, and Nafha Prison, before his release on October 13, 2025. He recounts a severe ordeal of abuse and torture, which included brutal beatings and electric shocks. In his testimony, he describes being denied any medical care or painkillers, which ultimately led to the unnecessary amputation of his right leg. Jibril describes threats of sexual violence made by an interrogating officer. Numerous other prisoners have testified to having suffered actual sexual assaults.
As a result of the inhumane conditions, at least 90 Palestinians have died in Israeli torture facilities since October 2023. The abuse, starvation, and torture are not isolated incidents; they are the result of a systematic and institutionalised policy. This policy is being carried out with the full backing of Israel’s political and legal systems. The Minister of National Security has even publicly boasted about the harsh conditions in which Palestinian prisoners are held.

Urgent message and call to prayer.
'Every day we wake up wondering which Palestinian village will be attacked next. We are exhausted. We live in fear and terror.'
Settler violence in the West Bank has become a daily, relentless reality. Families attacked in their homes. Farms burned. People killed. And Palestinians left defenseless with no protection and no accountability.
I do not want to share statistics. I am tired of numbers.
'We're not numbers. We're not headlines. We're talking about mothers, fathers, children, grandparents — with names, with stories, with futures that are being cut short.'
He calls us to pray. Not as a substitute for justice — but because we believe God hears the cry of the oppressed.
I call on you to act. To speak. To write. To mobilize. To refuse to look away.
'We owe it to every family living in fear today. We also owe it to our faith.'
Khan's removal lines up neatly with the fight to neutralise Netanyahu's arrest warrant. Coincidence is a luxury intl law can no longer afford.
This proves that justice DOES threaten Apartheid Israel & Co. So if the ICC is paralysed, lawyers and judges worldwide must do more.
What happens when a newspaper completely reverses the point you were making? In my latest article, I explain how The Telegraph misrepresented my response on the Church of England, Kairos Palestine II, and Palestinian Christians. Please read and share.

Imagine death penalty for Christians only, for Jews only, for Bavarians or Parisians only. People belonging to a group presumed guilty and deprived of civilians status.
Only because they want to live as a people. Free on their land.
This is what colonial repression looks like.
Distressing Update from Bishop Dr. Imad Haddad on Natalie Abudayyeh: 22 July
Dear partners,
Today we received very disturbing news about Natalie Abudayyeh, the 21-year-old university student and ELCJHL youth who has now been held in Israeli prison for nearly two months. Though we thank each of you who have advocated for Natalie over the last several weeks, we are both devastated and outraged to share that our voices, and the voices of all others who have called for her release, have not been heard.
Today Natalie had an appearance in Israeli military court. During this hearing, the judge ordered that she remain in prison until the 23rd of September, when she will make another court appearance. Israeli authorities have denied all the family’s requests to have Natalie released on bail for the duration of the proceedings and have refused to allow them to visit or contact Natalie in any way. They are exhausted, troubled, and losing hope that the church, local or global, will be able to help bring Natalie home.
For Natalie to spend another two months minimum in Israeli prison is incomprehensible. She is still being held at Damon Prison, where prisoners have reported terrible conditions and repeated human rights violations.
We are incredibly grieved by this news and deeply worried about her safety. Within this grief, we hold fear and uncertainty for the future of all our youth. This pattern of systemic attacks by Israel on Palestinian universities is just one more element of an occupation that suffocates Palestinian life and drives our young people to consider leaving their home. I ask you to consider how it would feel to be Natalie’s parent, sibling, pastor, or friend. Our community is angry and hurting.
As a church, we continue to cry out for justice and for Natalie’s freedom. At the minimum, we call for her family and a church representative to be able to visit her. We ask that the family’s request for Natalie to be released temporarily on bail be reconsidered. We continue to pray without ceasing, and we ask you to continue to pray and advocate as well, both for Natalie and for all our youth.
“He has sent me to proclaim freedom for the prisoners and recovery of sight for the blind, to set the oppressed free.” Luke 4:18b
