The Dip Challenge -

I challenge my partner, Jacob Tidwell to see how many Dips he can do...

Dips are a great exercise! They work the triceps, chest and shoulders. Dips also engage muscles in your upper back so it is an exercise to be consistent with in building and maintaining your physique.

When I started on my path back to health, I could only do 6 full dips. Now, I'm at 30 as you'll see in the video!

One of the things that has really helped me recently in my health journey is the addition of this mature bitter hops extract.
