@jzux Before: Alarm bells that wouldn’t stop ringing. Worry over things I couldn’t control even when I knew I couldn’t control them.

After: Far less over all worry. Even in anxious or stressful situations I’m able to problem solve with focus instead of fear.

Meds are truly amazing.
