I'm a world expert in RDP and I still can't make the RDP Entra ID web sign in work reliably the way I need it to. It's expecting a very specific hostname, but guess which one it is - and then it just throws "no authority could be contacted for authentication"

Microsoft is currently investigating a significant service degradation affecting Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) across its Microsoft 365 suite, with users in the North America region reporting widespread 504 gateway timeout errors when attempting to authenticate into MFA-protected services.

The incident, tracked under issue ID MO1237461, began at approximately 8:22 PM IST (2:52 PM UTC) on February 23, 2026, and remains under active investigation.

Here's a video PoC for Azure Entra ID SignIn Log Bypass in action. I had to make it to help MSRC replicate it (lol). You'll see how simple this bypass was.

No worries admins, Microsoft says that it was only a "Moderate" issue.
