On March 10th, we interviewed an investor capturing his long thesis for $NAVN. The investor describes Navan as the undisputed technological leader in a $185 billion corporate travel and expense management market dominated by archaic, slow-moving oligopolies. The stock is a broken IPO that was trading at ~ $10.00 at the time of the presentation —down 60% from its October 2025 offering price of $25.00. Navan operates in a market that has indiscriminately punished the entire software sector.
NAVN’s stock is up ~25% this morning after reporting FY26 and guiding FY27.
In November an investor also shared his short thesis for Global Business Travel Group, Inc. $GBTG predicated on tech-led companies taking market share such as Navan with its modern tech stack that largely cuts out the GDS– allowing for optimal pricing.

$SATS long has been pitched numerous times by one investor, largely on the basis that EchoStar’s 2-3% stake in SpaceX would create significant uplift in SATS as the expected valuation of the SpaceX IPO rises. Revelare has written up this SATS long idea in February and March coming out of Ideas events in London and New York. A news report from The Information suggests that SpaceX could file its IPO as soon as this week. SATS traded up ~10% on the news. Ideas available at https://t.co/5wixSO7WG4
Pop Mart ($9992 HK) reported its full year 2025 earnings earlier this week.
As growth slows and concerns over the durability of Pop Mart’s IP are called into question, the investor who discussed Pop Mart as a short last November called for significant downside as the multiple derates. He thinks further downside stems from the Labubu fad winding down.
During the same November 2025 Ideas event, another investor shared a similar negative view on IP companies including Sanrio (8136 JP) and Nintendo (7974 JP). As a follow-up to that Ideas event, RVLR hosted a Nintendo Bull / Bear Roundtable with six investors on Dec 4th. Summaries can be available at https://t.co/5wixSO7WG4

L’Oreal is doubling its stake in Galderma to 20% - Galderma $GALD SW was presented as a long idea by an investor during an August 22, 2024 consumer ideas event. The investor noted that he "also sees a strong chance that L’Oréal realizes their mistake in selling their share of the company more than a decade ago, and that this new 10% stake in the company could be a precursor to the company deciding to acquire all of Galderma at a significant premium to current stock price levels.” Revelare clients can review the idea on our site
$FORTUM FH reported Q325 earnings on Oct 29. The stock appreciated ~15% over the following weeks in anticipation of a PPA announcement during the company’s capital markets day Nov 25th. When no PPA was announced, Fortum's stock fell ~7% on the day and has since given back all of its gains. While this was a short-term disappointment, management said nothing that might refute the potential for future PPA announcements. During the capital markets day, Fortum’s CEO, Markus Rauramo, noted that “if an onshore wind project was built on a merchant basis, the baseload market price would have to be around €100/MWh.” Meanwhile consensus estimates for power prices in the market are closer to €50/MWh. The stock is now unchanged since our publication of the long presentation on October 22nd. Revelare suggests a review of the idea
Eventbrite Inc $EB agreed to be acquired on Dec 2nd by Bending Spoons for $4.50/shr. While this represents a significant premium, the investor who shared an EB long thesis during our Emerging Manager Ideas event on May 28th believed the stock could be worth $10/shr.
Allfunds $ALLFG NA received a non-binding proposal to be acquired by Deutsche Boerse for €8.80/shr in cash and stock. A portfolio manager presented Allfunds as a long during our April 8th London Ideas lunch, where he said he thought Allfunds would be an ideal target for a strategic financial buyer given the unusually massive derating in the stock despite guidance from management remaining healthy. https://t.co/5wixSO8uvC
