3/ Then in 2017, I came across my first RV park and quickly recognized a great opportunity. I was one week into due diligence on that first RV park when I came home and told my wife that I could be the RV Park Guy. The market seemed so inefficient and ignored.

MHs are just that - mobile. They stay on wheels and have a hitch. They can be depreciated as personal property, so that helps your depreciation schedule too.

@DallasAptGP @jakekiker @abakermont @klee821 No, you don’t need to own the homes, just the property. Land improvements (roads, utilities, etc) usually make up most of the value and they are 100% depreciable in Yr 1 (bonus depreciation).
