Important Announcement: Our service has not been recommissioned this year and we closed on 30/06/2025. We would like to thank the #volunteers 🫶 for their help over the past 7 years to give much needed support to patients leaving hospital and recovering at home.

"Thankyou for calling. You have put me in such a good mood." Some clients feel even more isolated when they come home from hospital. Volunteers can provide a listening ear to anyone who needs someone to talk to and provide emotional support over the phone whilst they recover.
