@AmericanAir AA wants loyalty, but when they have it, they don’t care about their frequent fliers! Easy to blame something as a “system error”, cheap excuse! It would be nice if AA would own their mistakes and stand behind their AA Advantage frequent fliers! Only bad experiences!
