So @amazon says they are the "world's most customer centric company". When I asked about an issue filed."As per policy our dedicated team surely work on your complaint and take appropriate action as per policy however don't share the result with associate or with our customers."

@AmazonHelp I have chatted with associates twice only to be told that Amazon Logisitics does not disclose investigations to members. I am now 2 weeks out with no communication

@AmazonHelp Driveway sealed on 8/2, yellow tape across the driveway, no driving on it for 5 days. Amazon delivery on 8/2 drove on it delivered the packaged turned around and left. Leaving tire tracks and damage to the driveway. I filed the complaint that night.
