1. “Partnerships” with companies no one has ever heard of that were just created only a few months ago. These companies were started only a few months ago and yet they claim they have hundreds of millions of dollars of assets to tokenize. When you google these companies nothing shows us, super sketchy.

2. Just like with $OM I asked the top RWA crypto founders about $OM and they all said, “they didn’t tokenize anything, no institutional adoption, and it’s artificially being pumped by a Dubai based group, plus the team owns the majority of the supply”.

I asked the top RWA crypto founders about $Chex and they all said, “we work together with all RWA protocols and $Chex never reached out, never see them at conferences, and they never reached out to us, they’re running a very sketchy operation”

3. 100% of coins in circulation and the team owns the majority of them just like $OM and since its 100% in circulation they have no incentive to keep building in the next bear market.

4. The founders have been posting many selfies showing off many designer items showing me they recently got “new money” and have every intention to liquidate everyone at the right time

1. You are incorrect, none of the assets are for sale.

So when you call asking about buildings for sale, you probably aren't talking to the owner, but the manager.

2. We are providing a loan to these properties in exchange for their cashflow. It's a very standard procedure, typically called refinancing a loan.

In our case, we are getting the right to collect the rental payments. Usually this is reserved for banks and larger financial institutions.

We are making it easy for anyone to participate via a secured blockchain technology thanks to Chex.

3. We did build our website on wordpress, like thousands of people. We choose Chex's platform because it was secure and provided a safe and trusted way for people to conduct their business.

The US public securities market alone has a total capitalization of over $50 trillion

From this, you can assume that cryptocurrency, with its $3T global market cap, has a lot of room for growth
