@Bob_Mayo In CA, you can’t sell a car unless@it has been smog checked. Suppose we created a policy that you can’t sell a home unless it has a 240V line running to the water heater?

@Bob_Mayo Could we incentivize plumbers & electricians to partner up? When I got quotes for HP HVAC, one team def got extra bonus pts b/c they could do the electrical too(i.e. I didn’t have to bid the electrical, schedule another visit). Made my life way easier.
