@do_whats_rite @crazyclips_ Do not use clips when you have no spotter, or sometimes even with a spotter depending on your comfortability with the weight. What happens if you’re alone and you fail with 225 lbs on a bar stuck on your chest or even neck? Having no clips allows you to remove the weight safely.
