@ArianeSherine Yep. Thise grenade bars are super easy and apparently low in sugar. Although I think they are loaded with alternative to sugar sweetners which are either E numbers or chemical types. Have a dig on tik tok there is loads of high protein recipes for bars/cakes/muffins/flapjacks
