A woman from Suffolk is set to finish running the length of the UK coastline and could become the fastest woman to complete the challenge. Megan Boxall was suffering from poor mental health when she realised running made her feel better. Sky's @EmmaBirchley joins her on a jog.

@Se_Railway This service is actually an embarrassment, we stopped at Knockholt and the doors were opened to allow people to get fresh air. The train left with no warning and left them behind, couldn’t make it up.

I actually think the answer would be ‘a 2 year jail sentence for match fixing’, but it would be good to try and give a statistic for how many dismissals there have been before a time out occurred in international matches. Thanks
