One year ago, I posted this on Facebook. We were *thrilled* to have gained 27 subscribers, because we never thought that many people would actually want to watch our videos.
One year later, we have 941 subscribers, and our community is getting better and better.
but I'm excited to re-discover my love for writing and photography again. making vlogs was fun, but it sucked up so many important minutes that I can now use to do things that make me feel so much more fulfilled and happy.
this is honestly something I've lost sleep over. I didn't know if I needed to write about it, but in the end, typing it all out helped me feel at peace about putting something on hold that I had put so many months, hours, & care into creating https://t.co/Psqf0e4srO
it might not seem like a big deal to anyone. "okay, so they're not going to make vlogs anymore. who cares?" but it's been a huge part of my life & free time for the past year+. it's like I'm breaking up with someone that was sometimes toxic, but I still feel deeply connected to
Day 5 of the Great Alaskan Road Trip: we drove from Skokie, IL to Omaha, NE and stopped in Davenport, IA along the way. We went to the #FiggeArtMuseum and it was AMAZING!

Day 2 of our Great Alaskan Road Trip: Salem, OH. We went to an estate sale & church yard sale to find some extra camping supplies. We love estate sales and are pretty much 65 year old people at heart.
