@Fit_For_Golf Mobility routines. I would also love mobility #1 video to be in real time and slower. E.g. if 10 reps you do the 10 reps relatively slowly so students can follow and practice good form. I find myself pressing pause, doing the reps and then un-pausing and it ends up adding time
