If taking on that journey means leaving everything you knew behind, would you have done it? For some, it's not a choice, but rather an unwelcome occurrence. The boy's thick coat could not shred the cold ignorance clouding his mind. The train he boards leads to a nowhere, a destination already shattered, a camaraderie more uncertain than the last, and a string of unpredictable events. All alone, in this unpromising journey, the only way back home is through the tunnel that no longer sees the light of day.

The journey of a thousand footsteps lead him to the final destination, the garden where all the withered flowers rest under the sun. As he laid with the flowers, no thoughts crossed his mind. In this place, he is only a fading memory, like all the flowers that too once bloomed.
