@TMTLongShort This has a location caveat. It's the same as it is now. Palm Beach doesn't cost $50M for the structure, it's the land. The people with excess currency will pay more for the land they want. Costs $1M to build the house instead of $10M, the property is still $50M
@TMTLongShort Genuine question, if you think massive deflation/debt Jubilee is the outcome, why do you own so much gold? Cash is by far the superior asset if that happens.
@TMTLongShort The first four are expensive due to government regulation and bureaucratic bloat. AI doesn't fix the human side of the equation. Robots cheap doesn't equal destroying the teachers unions. More likely the opposite
@rathbunholdco Did increased pay improve the performance of the same employees? Or the increased pay bought you better talent and you fired the under performers?
@TMTLongShort Do you have any thoughts on a correction post mid terms? Zero chance he can manage straight up through 28 without the issues of Biden's "transitory" inflation
@TMTLongShort Thinking through this has been really bothering me. This would be the most radical transformation to human society ever. Literally everything is based around an 80 year human life cycle. Extend that to 200+ years and everything changes. Second order effects are almost infinite
