One of the most important lessons we’ve learned is that when people come at us with hate, negativity, lies, or personal attacks, they’re often projecting their own fears, pain, and insecurities onto us.
Hurt people try to hurt people.
There isn’t a shortage of unhappy people in the world. Billions of people have access to social media, and some of them will try to disrupt the peace, happiness, and success of others because they haven’t found it within themselves yet.
The mistake many of us make is engaging with them. We think we need to defend ourselves, prove them wrong, or fight back. In reality, most of these people don’t need attention, and they don’t need arguments. The only people who can truly help them are themselves.
The real challenge is not allowing their hate to become our hate.
That takes practice. It takes self-awareness. It takes valuing our own peace and happiness so much that when someone attacks us, we no longer feel the need to attack back.
Instead, we begin to see the red flag they’re waving for the world to see:
“I’m hurting. I’m unhappy. I need attention.”
At that point, anger turns into empathy. Not because their behavior is acceptable, but because we realize they haven’t done the work yet to control their emotions and stay neutral when something triggers them.
We can’t control the minds of billions of people. We can control our own.
We can protect our peace. We can protect our energy. We can protect our happiness.
And remember:
Shell Shock and Block.
Blocked doesn’t mean hate. Blocked means moving on. Blocked means protecting our energy. Blocked means refusing to participate in negativity.
The Feed Me More Hungry mindset isn’t about winning every argument. It’s about protecting our peace, staying focused on our goals, and refusing to let negativity pull us away from the life we’re working to create.
Choose peace. Choose happiness. Choose growth.
And that’s the last bite.

Life and social media are a lot like pro wrestling.
The moment you step into the ring—or log into your social media accounts—you never know what you’re going to encounter. People from every walk of life have access to your time, attention, and energy. Some are supportive, some are challenging, some are distractions, and some are there simply to create chaos.
The key is staying locked in on your purpose.
Know who you are. Know where you’re going. Keep your eyes on your goals and don’t allow the noise, drama, opinions, or endless distractions to pull you away from what matters most.
The world will always be full of different personalities, different agendas, and unexpected obstacles. That’s never going to change.
What matters is your ability to stay focused, remain disciplined, and keep moving forward no matter what’s happening around you.
The Feed Me More Hungry mindset isn’t about controlling everything around us. It’s about controlling ourselves and refusing to lose sight of the prize.
Stay focused. Stay hungry. Keep fighting forward.

One of the hottest topics in pro wrestling right now is the overuse—or “spamming”—of finishers.
Personally, I’ve always believed finishers should be protected. That said, I also believe it’s an individual wrestler’s brand decision. Every talent has to decide what story they want their career to tell.
From a psychology standpoint, I think the most believable time for a finisher to start losing effectiveness is later in a wrestler’s career. If one finisher has ended matches for years, then as a performer moves beyond their physical prime, it makes sense that one might no longer be enough. Then it takes two. Eventually three. Maybe by the time retirement is approaching, it takes multiple finishers to finally put someone away.
That’s a story audiences can buy into because they can physically see the decline and understand that the end is getting closer.
In my opinion, after Undertaker vs. Shawn Michaels at WrestleMania, where the Tombstone had been protected for most of Undertaker’s career, the reaction to a kickout was so powerful that many wrestlers wanted to recreate that feeling. And to be fair, it works. The first kickout of a protected finisher is usually an incredible moment.
The problem is when it becomes the norm.
If you’re in your prime and people are constantly kicking out of your finish, eventually one finisher isn’t enough. Then it becomes two, three, four, five, or more. At some point, where does it end? Eventually it can feel like you need a brand-new finisher just to get people to believe the match is over.
I’ve always preferred finding other creative ways to build drama and near falls. Wrestling psychology isn’t just about hitting bigger bombs. There are countless ways to create suspense without repeatedly going back to the finish.
What do you think?
Should finishers remain protected, or are multiple-finisher kickouts the new standard for big matches?

There’s been a lot of talk lately about CM Punk’s improved physique and the usual speculation that comes with it. Is he on steroids? TRT? HRT? The reality is nobody knows except him and the medical professionals involved, if any.
I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again: happiness is a choice, and being angry and complaining is a choice. We all have free will.
When I look at Punk’s physique, I don’t see something that screams steroid abuse. I see a stronger, healthier version of his previous self. There are a lot of things that can create that result. Training heavier in lower rep ranges can add thickness and density to muscles. Better nutrition, better recovery, better sleep, lower stress, eliminating seed oils, and simply being more consistent can all lead to significant improvements.
Could TRT or HRT be involved? Sure, it’s possible. But if someone has medically low testosterone or hormone levels, restoring them to healthy levels is about health and quality of life. It shouldn’t be something people are shamed for. There’s a big difference between optimizing health and abusing performance-enhancing drugs.
Having been under the WWE Wellness Program myself, I understand the rules and requirements. Personally, I don’t believe CM Punk is abusing steroids. I believe he’s likely made positive changes, and whatever he’s doing appears to be working.
What I find interesting is how much body shaming exists in pro wrestling. People complain about Mason Rook because of how he looks. People complain about CM Punk because he improved his physique. It seems no matter what someone does, there’s always a group looking to criticize.
Personally, I’m happy to see him looking healthy and strong. And maybe now he understands why the term “steroid guy” was never the right label for someone like me. I’ve been against steroid abuse since I was very young, but I’ve always been for optimal health and becoming the best version of ourselves.

Every loss is an investment in our future victories.
The Feed Me More Hungry mindset is understanding that life is nothing more than a series of attempts, lessons, adjustments, and growth. If you’re truly pursuing your goals, you’re going to experience more perceived losses than wins. That’s not failure. That’s the process.
Every setback teaches us something. Every obstacle reveals something. Every disappointment provides an opportunity to adapt, improve, and come back stronger than before.
The only real loss in life is when we stop trying altogether.
As long as we’re learning, growing, evolving, and refusing to quit, there is no such thing as failure. There are only lessons being accumulated for future victories.
One win can change everything. One breakthrough can erase years of frustration. One opportunity can make every setback worth it.
That’s why we stay Hungry.
We don’t fear losses. We embrace the lessons they provide. We know that every challenge we overcome is preparing us for something greater.
Keep moving forward. Keep learning. Keep growing. Keep believing.
Every loss is an investment in our future victories.

One of the biggest lessons I’ve learned is to become aware of when I’m complaining.
There is a difference between acknowledging a problem and living in the problem.
Sometimes we have to discuss challenges in our lives to seek advice, gain perspective, or find a solution. The goal should always be to state the situation as neutrally as possible and keep our focus on moving forward.
Where things often go wrong is when people stop discussing the problem and start discussing the person.
Complaining about a problem may be an attempt to find a solution.
Complaining about a person is often gossip, judgment, or criticism disguised as concern.
What’s interesting is that many people believe they are taking the higher ground when they criticize someone for discussing a challenge in their life. In reality, they’ve shifted the focus away from the solution and onto the individual.
The more we focus on people, the less we focus on progress.
The more we focus on solutions, the less power our problems have over us.
None of us are perfect. We all complain from time to time. The key is becoming aware of it, catching ourselves, and redirecting that energy toward growth, action, and solutions.
Focus on your life.
Focus on your goals.
Focus on becoming better.
Everything else is just noise.

One of the biggest lessons I’ve learned is that success doesn’t come from staying angry. It doesn’t come from obsessing over people who doubted you, betrayed you, or tried to hold you back. While hate, bitterness, and anger are natural human emotions, and sometimes they can provide temporary fuel, they were never meant to be the destination.
The Feed Me More Hungry mindset is about taking that energy and transforming it into discipline, growth, purpose, and action.
You don’t need revenge. You need results.
Don’t build your life around proving people wrong. Build your life around proving yourself right.
Train because you love becoming stronger. Work because you love creating. Learn because you love growing. Show up every day because you want a better life for yourself and the people you care about.
When your focus shifts from revenge to results, everything changes. You stop giving your power away to others and start investing it into yourself. The people who spend their lives looking backward stay stuck. The people who keep moving forward create the life they truly want.
Stay hungry for growth. Stay hungry for happiness. Stay hungry for progress.
The greatest revenge has always been living well, but when you’re truly living well, you no longer care about revenge at all.
