FIX OUR FOOD. FIX OUR MOOD. 💪

Look around at the world we’re living in today, especially across social media. So many people are struggling. Struggling with their emotions, their feelings, anger, jealousy, hate, negativity, and a constant battle within themselves.

And I truly believe one of the FIRST places we need to start looking is at what we’re putting into our bodies every single day.

IF WE FIX OUR FOOD, WE CAN FIX A LOT OF OUR MOOD.

The truth is, we live in a society where highly processed foods are everywhere. Fast food and countless restaurants are loading meals with refined seed oils, added sugars, artificial ingredients, and other additives that we simply don’t need.

And then we wonder why we’re constantly battling cravings, energy crashes, brain fog, irritability, and emotional highs and lows.

Our food impacts far more than just our physical appearance. It impacts our energy, our gut health, our mental clarity, and our overall well-being.

And while food isn’t the answer to every emotional struggle, what we eat can absolutely influence how we feel.

With a Feed Me More Hungry Mindset, we have to start taking responsibility for what we CAN control.

Start reading labels. Start cooking more meals at home. Prioritize real, whole foods. Cut back on the ultra-processed garbage. Pay attention to how your body and mind respond.

We cannot expect to consistently feel our best when we’re constantly fueling ourselves with foods that leave us feeling our worst.

BETTER FOOD. BETTER ENERGY. BETTER MOOD. BETTER LIFE.

Change starts from within, and sometimes the most powerful change we can make begins with what’s on our plate.

And that’s the last bite. FEED ME MORE!

[RYBACK @Ryback]

When we set our sights on a target with a Feed Me More Hungry Mindset, we LOCK IN. We attack our goals with relentless ferocity, intensity, discipline, and an unwavering focus. NO DISTRACTIONS. NO EXCUSES. NO PERMISSION NEEDED.

We live in a world where people are free to speak their minds, share their opinions, and think whatever they want. And that’s perfectly fine. But their opinions do not have to become our reality.

We have the same freedom to stay focused, pursue our dreams, and build the lives we envision for ourselves.

Not everyone will understand our vision. Not everyone will believe in our goals. And not everyone wants to see us succeed. NONE OF THAT MATTERS.

The moment we allow the noise of those who have never done and never will do to dictate our actions, we risk becoming just like them.

STOP GIVING OTHER PEOPLE POWER OVER YOUR POTENTIAL.

Our energy is valuable. Our time is limited. Our focus is everything. Protect all three.

Stay hungry. Stay disciplined. Stay relentless. Let people talk while we put in the work. Because at the end of the day, our results will always speak louder than their opinions.

LOCK IN. BLOCK OUT THE NOISE. ATTACK YOUR GOALS. NEVER STOP FEEDING YOUR HUNGER.

And that’s the last bite. Feed Me More!

💪🔥 One of the most important lessons I can share with aspiring pro wrestlers is the importance of having MULTIPLE ways to WIN a match!

I’ve always believed your primary finisher should be protected as much as possible throughout your career. For me, that was the Shell Shock.

But I also believe in having secondary finishers and signature moves that can legitimately win matches.

As Ryback, I could win with the Shell Shock, Meat Hook Clothesline, or my top-rope Flyback Splash. This gave me versatility depending on my opponent and how I was feeling physically on any given night.

Here’s something more wrestlers need to understand.

Winning televised matches occasionally with signature moves builds EQUITY in those moves.

When fans have seen a move actually finish matches, near falls become more believable and meaningful when opponents kick out in bigger matches.

A believable near fall starts with establishing that the move can actually WIN!

I’ve also witnessed something firsthand throughout my WWE career.

Talented wrestlers will spend countless hours learning hundreds of moves while giving almost ZERO thought to developing a believable finishing move they can confidently execute on virtually anyone.

That’s a HUGE mistake!

If you arrive at a major promotion without a finisher you believe in, you’re potentially limiting your opportunities before they even begin.

From a promoter’s perspective, if you haven’t invested the time into figuring out how you’re going to WIN, why should they invest in presenting you as a winner?

I’ve seen this play out repeatedly.

Your finishing move is part of your identity, credibility, and connection with the audience.

Learn the moves. Master your craft. But NEVER overlook the importance of knowing how you’re going to finish the fight!

Think like a winner. Prepare like a winner. Present yourself as a winner.

That’s the Feed Me More Hungry Mindset!

Even when we are right or justified in our anger, hate is still hate. Holding on to hatred and resentment ultimately hurts us, regardless of who was right or wrong.

And when we carry hatred toward people we’ve never met, who don’t even know we exist, or situations that don’t directly involve us, we’re sacrificing our own peace for something that adds no value to our lives.

Use that energy to grow, not to hate.

Back in 2015/16 when I was starting to learn back flips at a local trampoline park to start adding in several new high flying attacks into my arsenal. Within 30 minutes I was doing backflips and moonsaults.

[RYBACK @Ryback]

Some people choose to believe lies, misinformation, and negative narratives about others because it makes them feel better about themselves.

Those who repeatedly spread negativity and publicly tear others down are often revealing more about their own internal struggles than the people they’re attacking.

Insecurity, jealousy, and unresolved pain can turn tearing others down into a coping mechanism.

The media, wrestling dirt sheets, and disgruntled fans often exploit this pattern of human behavior, feeding people negativity because outrage, controversy, and tearing others down generate attention and engagement.

Happy, secure people don’t need to destroy others to feel better about themselves.

Recognize the pattern. Understand why it exists. And most importantly, stop feeding it. 💯

Stay so focused on our growth that negativity can no longer compete for our attention. 💯

Our time, energy, and attention are some of our greatest assets. Every moment we spend feeding negativity is a moment we could be investing in becoming stronger, wiser, healthier, and happier.

We don’t need to react to everything, prove ourselves to everyone, or allow outside noise to disrupt our inner peace.

Protect our peace. Feed our purpose. Focus on growth. Let our actions speak louder than the noise.

That’s the Feed Me More Hungry Mindset! 💪🔥
