@UTDFondree He's always been good. It's just Carrick prefer 325 in possession & Dalot is a more willing runner & Shaw better as inverted fullback. Still overall better than Dalot tho. If we got all-action midfielder might be going back to 2-4 buildup like Ole's days & we'll see him more
@ConfusedUnited Sufforim setup is getting the ball up high as fast as possible (long balls) with as few players as possible.
Of course we wont be able to string passes together and end up with pingpong football
It’s not good to hold hate in your heart, but I do genuinely hate Ruben Amorim with every fibre of my being & I’ll never stop speaking about him because he really did make millions of people suffer for no reason.
@ManUtd And thats how you setup your team based on the squad & the opponents to give them the best possibility to win.
None of this "my tactics is the only way to plau football" nonsense
@Delly_Manna@staffy_tv Again, which should be reflected in our npxG, and need to compare with other factors (e.g. game state) to completely get the whole picture, like I've said all along.
Has been going in circles for awhile. This will be my last response, believe what you want to believe. Ciao
@Delly_Manna@staffy_tv Chances definition is pass leading to a shot. Which ties to my earlier argument of spamming shot and comparing it with game state.
What we need to be is creating high quality chances across 90 mins, across any game state, across many games
@Delly_Manna@staffy_tv 347, and 11th in npxG per shot. Perfectly midtable, which align with how we played so far.
Accusing of sentiments when based with data & your arguments with "what ifs". Bury game early, as if other teams wont response. Wont be a problem if we can creating chances consistently
@Delly_Manna@staffy_tv xG is accumulative, if youre spamming shots, of course it will result in huge xG. Show how many shots weve taken and how many xG per shot
Then compare it to game state, how often we do it consistently, and you can see we're not top team for attacking despite big xG
@UtdDefence He's just sticking up to his compatriot.
The only thing Amorim take the blame is Rashford bcs INEOS want to get full profit and removing his salary
Everything else, notably bad tactics & blaming players/board creating disharmonious situation, is fully on him
@atlantis861 I'm sorry LVG is miles better than Amorim. Pretty flexible & the type who can maximize the players too. Thats why the academy debutants usually playing well under him. Same with his Dutch NT, squeeze out everything out of that squad
@UtdDefence "...I will not stop reminding the fanbase that the job he did with the lack of support he had was NOT normal..."
Still baffled me many dont see this
@Ole_is_right Yeah, I hate all this talk about cultural reset. All that has been reset is the fans accepting losses, hating on your players & academy, and shifting the blame/no accountability
@pkwestel Ole's the type of good old school managers like SAF/Wenger who can double as DoF, exactly what we need bcs Berrada/Wilcox not really showing anything in football department so far. And that is what they dont want to see. United to be great again
