With the RZ Season about 2 months out, teams are getting into OTAs this weekend. New Bucs Coach Peter Ratliff met with the media for the first time ahead of the players arrival on Thursday.

Coach Ratliff’s controlled intensity was evident throughout the presser.

- Offensively, Egbuka, McMillian and the vet Godwin will lead this WR Room. Keep an eye on rookie Ted Hurst.

- Will Baker be the answer after S102? Team may be strapped for cap space for a long extension. Unless casualties free up space.

A very early look at the roster prior to training camp opening up in early August. A few notes

- Defense will revolve around Vea, Kancey, Bain, Trotter and Winfield. Coach Ratliff is very high on them.

- Addressing CB, SS and a rusher across from Bain will need to happen in the first offseason if not sooner. Unless someone emerges in house.

The Annual RZ Coaches Draft took place over the weekend. And I am proud to announce I will be taking my beat coverage to Tampa Bay.

Also wanted to announce that former 49ers DT Peter Ratliff will steer the ship as the Bucs new head coach.
