I truly believe that KOC has most everything a head coach needs…except humility. He lacks the ability to look at how the team could, should and would operate better if he let his offensive coaches coach, the way he lets the defensive coaches coach.
He clearly didn’t like that JJM was immature as a player, yet he’s still operating without humility (like an immature coach) and he’s holding this team back.
Yes I love that we’ve won all these games. I’m not complaining about that…but we had the same winning successes happen his first year coaching.

KOC needs to look in the mirror and realize it is Ed Donatell looking back at him.

Please KOC. Grow and make the change and let someone else run the offense. You run the team and let others do the job the Wilfs pay them to do!
