ตอนที่ผมเรียนเรื่อง Road Safety Audit มักจะมีคำพูดนึงที่เกี่ยวกับถนนว่า Forgiveness Road ถนนที่ต้องให้อภัยแก่คนที่ทำผิดพลาด คุณเชื่อมั๊ย ผม Anti แนวคิดนี้ในหลายๆ ครั้ง....คนที่ไม่ควรถูกถนนลงโทษ คือคนที่ขับรถตามกฎ และเกิดความผิดพลาดจริงๆ

ไม่ใช่อย่างกรณีนี้
เพราะความมักง่าย ของคนหนึ่งคน เกือบทำให้คนอีกหลายคนต้องเดือดร้อน แล้วถ้าอยากจะตาย ก็หาวิธีที่ตายไปคนเดียวครับ อย่าลากเอาเพื่อนร่วมทางที่เขาไม่อยากไปกับคุณให้ตามคุณไปด้วย

กฎหมายหรือข้อกำหนดก็คงไม่ได้ทำอะไรหรอกมั้งกรณีนี้
เนี่ย เพราะขับรถเป็ฯที่น่าหวาดเสียวไม่น่าเจ้าข่ายเจตนาฆ่า หรือทำให้คนอื่นต้องได้รับบาดเจ็บ และก็ไม่มีหลักฐานอะไรว่าคนที่ขับรถประมาทนั้นเล็งเห็นผลหรือไม่ บางทีก็คิดนะว่า แล้วเราต้องมาดู มาสืบสวนอุบัติเหตุไปทำไม มีกรณีตั้งหลายกรณี แต่ก็ไม่เห็นคนจะซึมซับหรือตระหนักรู้ในการขับขี่ที่ปลอดภัยเลย
