@TobleroneFrank God i hate loss adjusters for that exact reason. Also just me that watched the whole thing thinking or hoping one was going to fall off the roof
@TobleroneFrank @justinlondonjp Think? Or hope? When you find her, you've completed life, don't set the Alpha team on her when she gets in from her night shift at the local Asda
@TobleroneFrank @el_drapo You could maybe get away with an air admittance valve up there instead of that pipework. Just depends if the soil stack is the only one on that man hole, could be vented elsewhere
@el_drapo @TobleroneFrank Its not brilliant, really should just be straight up and move the vented tile to above the stack.Having them running like that will just cause moisture to settle in the future. They've spent more time making a hash of it then it would have taken to pop a ladder up and move the tile
@TobleroneFrank Acts as another layer of insulation and dont need to use insulated backed plasterboard so saves cost massively. Also acts as the vapour control barrier, clever stuff but will need about 7 rolls of it
@TobleroneFrank 100mm celotex between the rafters, tlx silver over the top. Made a grow house up there, one way to deal with the cost of living crisis. Boarding all day on Monday, no bank Holidays when there's money to be made
