@SinemiaSupport this is the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I’ve been sending DM messages for the past 2 days with no response. I’m officially requesting a refund.
@SinemiaSupport let me get this straight I contact you guys about a technical problem problem I’m experiencing on your app and you ask me to DM you and I do and after couple initial responses you stop replying for 2 days and counting?!?
@SinemiaApp for the 4th time I’ve have been unable to complete a transaction to see a movie using Sinemia benefits! Everything in the app says the card is loaded and when I go to complete the transaction with fandango the card is declined! PLEASE HELP!

@SinemiaApp I have written 8 different emails to Sinemia support to help resolve issues with problems I’ve experienced while trying to get tickets at the theater on 3 different occasions with my Sinemia card after everything successfully work reserving on the app. Can some reply?
@MoviePass This has been the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. I First was trying to take advantage of the 89.95 offer but then my wallet was stolen and I needed a new card. I have now been w/o my card for 2 weeks with no response from Moviepass! They have no problem taking $
@MoviePass I’ve been trying to contact customer service for 3 plus weeks with no response! I’ve sent emails and only gotten the auto reply and I’ve used the apps conversation portal and still no reply other than a message that pops up a day later “is there anything else we can do!
