Waking up this morning, a thought occurs to me. Kids want to be praised for doing a 'good job'.

Be that as it may, what we as adults overlook is, was that 'Good Job' a good action, or a bad action?

I.E. "Good job on Acing the pop quiz" vs "Good job on stealing that nerd's test sheet". Parents/Adults SHOULD acknowledge their children for passing a test, but get mocked by their peers. Where Parents/Adults MUST discipline the bullies, they get praised from their peers for being so 'strong'.

So whose opinion SHOULD be held in a higher light, and who gives the highest "positive" praising for successful achievements?

Give me your thoughts on this.
