@currys The lower price item must be offered on identical terms - Does this mean the delivery t&cs much exactly match your own to the word? As according to Isla in Medway that’s the rule and refused my price match! Also her customer service skills are much to be desired!

@UberUKI_Support over 24 hours and no reply. Think a 25 minute wait from pickup to my house when it’s a 7 minute drive is acceptable! I didn’t pay for cold food!

I keep getting text you applied the credit but when I call… there seems to be an “technical issue”! So looks like your getting hit me with a £400 charge then going spend next few months trying get the money back!
@O2 so I left o2 this month was told I could leave without an early charge. Called several times and this is confirmed. However you still have sent me a nearly £400 bill! Been told several times it will be credited yet still not done! Support has been shocking
