Un cas chiant qui arrive souvent en ecom :
Le colis est indiqué livré MAIS le client indique ne pas l'avoir reçu

Pour éviter de se faire n*quer bêtement, je vous ai préparé des templates de réponses ainsi qu'une déclaration sur l'honneur bien ficelée, afin de dissuader les clients de mauvaises fois

Pour obtenir le document :
👉 RT + commente : SAV

et je te l'envoie en DM

@umikpro @payplug Hello, habituellement oui, récemment nous avons eu besoin du SAV et c’était un peu plus compliqué qu’avant. Pour la partie ecom peu de problèmes. Donc fiable.
