I think the framing should be different. AI employee is for me my employee who uses AI to become more productive. I am amazed by an idea that my marketing manager can build a new website for my company without any third party, which did not understand the business, and all they did was copy-paste what the marketing manager created for the visuals. And all this is possible thanks to AI.

Every company is starting to let AI check documents — does this response meet the requirement, is this compliant, did we cover everything.

I tested exactly that with a fake tender. Wrote a requirements list and a supplier reply, and in three places made the reply talk around a requirement without ever meeting it.

The model marked all three "addressed."

It wasn't checking compliance. It was matching vocabulary.

The fix: stop asking "is this addressed?" Ask "quote the exact sentence that satisfies it, or mark it MISSING." The fakes came back MISSING. Make it show evidence, not a verdict.
