Don’t get me wrong, the compensation of the passenger’s flights are great, but Porter Airlines need to do better for disabled passengers and their service animals. This was the second time in a YR that an issue happened for the passenger.

Find ways to cut in other areas. Many disabled and elderly rely on these resources. You shouldn’t look to cut from ppl who already can’t afford services. DO BETTER
